Arkansas planning suit against Eli Lily for Psych drug Zyprexa

The State of Arkansas, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, plans a lawsuit against three drug firms, including Eli Lily, for fraud over a “marketing scheme” for anti-psychotic drugs.
