Content provided by: Proud of our clients’ growth: this client has doubled every year….

We do a lot of internet marketing for our clients, including SEO of existing websites, PPC campaigns for them, link building, and so on. We manage tens of thousands of dollars of Google AdWords budget monthly for various clients.

One of our clients is the Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, out in the desert near Pahrump, Nevada. On a typical weekend they train about 500 people in firearms safety and help them gain “the competence of skill at arms” which helps someone become cause and stop having a victim mentality about firearms.

The founder of Front Sight is Dr. Ignatius Piazza, with whom we have been working for the last three years to help him continue his unparalleled expansion. We support wholeheartedly his efforts to “change the image of gun ownership in our lifetimes”. Anyone who hasn’t gotten the “Front Sight Legacy” DVD should pick it up to see what he’s doing to help keep secure our 2nd amendment rights.

A few years back Ignatius Piazza fired his existing marketing team because they couldn’t keep up with him. They kept telling him that “you can’t double your business every year.” I don’t happen to believe that, and neither did Dr. Piazza; hence the firing. We are happy to have been a big part of the team that has since facilitated Front Sight’s expansion over the last 3 years; Front Sight has continued doubling every year and is, by all indicators we can read, on track for doing the same thing into the foreseable future. There are no guarantees for such, especially in uncertain economic times with a liberal Supreme Court and an anti-gun sitting president and Congress; but then again that’s why Dr. Piazza’s work is so important.

The moral of this story is: when a client is pushing for expansion – don’t ever get in their road. Get ahead of them and lead the expansion, or get behind them and push.

Because in this world, a group either expands or it dies.

Content provided by: Ignatius Piazza deserves acknowledgement for his work on Second Amendment Rights.

I don’t often acknowledge individuals on my blog – I prefer to discuss such important issues as Second Amendment rights, psychiatric abuse, or human rights. But I felt compelled to write such an acknowledgement after learning of offer from the “Millionaire Patriot”, Dr. Ignatius Piazza, to GIVE AWAY a free gun to anyone taking advantage of a particular training course he’s offering at a deeply discounted price. Click that link for details. Ignatius Piazza puts his money where his mouth is. He wants to see more responsible citizens armed and capable, carrying concealed weapons (which they know very well how to use) in schools or on airplanes. He’s offered to train for free any pilot, for example, who can then carry his weapon on an airplane. He’s offered to train teachers for free, if their schools will let them carry a concealed weapon in the classroom.

But what I really wanted to acknowledge was his tireless work in helping preserve our Second Amendment rights under the Bill of Rights. I’ve worked with Dr. Piazza for about four years now, and he is always working on the promotion and protection of our right to bear arms. He is constantly thinking up new avenues to promote our 2nd Amendment rights and has worked with many groups to help keep our right to bear arms from being limited by do-gooder people who can’t confront guns. One of the most effective things he’s done is to open himself up to interviews with the press — if they will first take a 2-day course at his school, so they have some reality on what he is teaching. You can get a free DVD from his site that shows the difference in reporters who have taken advantage of this training — they come in uninformed and skeptical about “all the gun violence” and leave as ardent supporters of 2nd Amendment rights after learning “the comfort of skill at arms,” as he puts it.

Dr. Piazza is a brilliant man whom I highly respect, and I wanted to make an effort to let others know that he isn’t just the founder of the Front Sight Firearms Training Facility out near Pahrump, Nevada, but while building that facility to be the biggest and best-attended weapons training facility in the world, he has also been effectively working to help preserve our 2nd Amendment rights. If you don’t believe me, the videos on this page tell the story — you can hear it from the mouths of many of the top people working in this area of the preservation of our rights under the 2nd Amendment. Get a copy the DVD – it’s free and you can request it on that page.

Content provided by: Good luck to this teacher… she’s gonna need it!

A teacher in Medford, Oregon (about three hours from where we live) has a concealed weapons permit. But her school board, in its infinite wisdom, has warned her that she is not allowed to carry her weapon on school grounds. Apparently they didn’t get word of what happened at Vtech, Columbine, or up in Springfield, where a teacher with a handgun handy would have kept students alive.

The teacher wants to remain anonymous, and has the permit because she’s afraid of her ex-husband. She doesn’t want him to find her and beat her up (again). She’s got a restraining order, but if it came down to it, she could defend herself a lot better with her concealed weapon than with a piece of paper.

She’s hired a lawyer to take her case to court. Here’s an article about it on oregonlive.com.

I wish her luck on getting this resolved without her name becoming an issue (the suit is filed with the name of “Jane Doe”) on it. The lawyer handling this seems pretty crafty — he’s already using the press well. So we’ll see. Oregon is a good place to run this kind of case, as long as you stay out of Eugene and Portland, the two main “blue” areas of the state. The rest of it is “red” and fairly conservative. But the only big cities we have here (Portland and Eugene) are infested with tree-hugging, sandal-wearing patchouli-reeking liberals. Medford is kind of half and half — it used to be a hotbed of conservatism, but it has been overrun by retiring Californians looking for cheap housing, moving up to get away from California and its repressive taxes in their dotage. So how this particular case will turn out is anyone’s guess.

Content provided by: Latest Virginia Shooting – concealed carry would have stopped it?

This image is being circulated by one of my clients, Front Sight Firearms Training Institute. After 9/11, they offered free training to any pilots that wanted to receive it, as long as those pilots were then allowed to carry firearms on their planes. I’m not sure where THAT stands right now, as I head that some airlines were allowing pilots to carry firearms, and others were not. Would love to know the current status of that, if anyone wants to comment.

The picture says it all.

I believe there’s a lot of truth in this. I have a daughter in college – After this incident in Virginia, I’d like very much for her to carry a handgun in her handbag at all times. Better to have to shoot someone to stop them from shooting you, than NOT having that option because of political correctness and a failure to confront evil. There IS evil in the world. She’s a smart, sane, and courageous person, and would have the guts to pull the trigger if needed to stop someone from shooting her or her classmates. The US Constitution guarantees the right of the people to keep and bear arms. They may not have envisioned such a scenario as what happened in a Virginia classroom on Monday, but after the French and Indian Wars and the War of Independence, they were no strangers to random violence being perpetrated on defenseless people. Hence our 2nd Amendment rights.

Robert Heinlein said it well: “An armed society is a polite society.”

What are your thoughts about this?
